We offer flexible pay-as-you-go (PAYG) and retainer-based plans. Juline realizes at times it is hard to envision paying a retainer for people like us, which is precisely why PVS now offers an exclusively new PAYG program.

PVS PAYG plans are for more task-oriented, instead of long-term planning. You will get a taste of our long-term effects once you work with us. This setup is similar to other B2B transactions, where we draw up an estimate based off a strategic planning session with you, send you the outline, obtain your approval, complete the task or project to your satisfaction, and submit an invoice to you through Intuit Payment Network (IPN).  Our invoice would be due soon upon receipt. This way, we can overcome your overwhelming task list and get you back up on the productivity horse!

As for our retainer-based plan structure, it guarantees my availability for that amount of time each month. Also, you will receive priority scheduling in front of PAYG-type clients. In addition, PVS retainer relationships are much different that PAYG, such that, you would be partnering with us as your “long-term liasion.” Not only will we accomplish the tasks at hand, but we will be more forward-thinking as we work together.

With our customized retainer “success” plans, we will develop a monthly, quarterly and annual strategy by outlining and prioritizing your needs based upon your judgment and what you see as being the highest priority. We will work very closely with you to help you determine the best and most economical approach to accomplishing your tasks and goals.

Occasionally, potential clients may require a niche service plan. In these cases, we will work closely with you to determine a monthly plan that is a win/win for both our businesses.

All new clients are encouraged to start with a minimum of ten (10) hours for the first month in order to establish a working foundation. Then, together, we can determine which success plan best suits your business goals for future ongoing support.

After the initial interview/consultation and when it has been mutually decided to pursue a partnership, Juline will send you a packet outlining specific details that she would like for you to provide. It is our client “welcome” packet. Juline developed it to provide us with important information, at our fingertips throughout the time that we support you and your business. This packet would need to be reviewed, signed and returned to Juline before the partnership commences.
